Cat hoses are designed to route liquids and gases through machine systems. These hoses are fabricated from superior materials to withstand application specific pressures, vibration tolerances and flow requirements for Cat heavy-duty equipment. Cat hydraulic hose and couplings are subjected to the most rigorous testing processes in the industry. Every Cat hose and coupling combination is tested as a system to ensure a perfect fit that yields maximum safety and dependability.
The construction of the hose is made from synthetic rubber inner tube resistant to hydraulic fluids with wire reinforcement. An oil, weather, and abrasion resistant outer cover meeting MSHA requirements.

Use of Caterpillar hose with other manufacturer’s couplings or the use of Caterpillar couplings with other manufacturer’s hose may result in the production of unreliable, unsafe or under-performing hose assemblies.
