Generally, warranty for parts purchased on Parts.Cat.Com is 12 months from the invoice date as defined in the Caterpillar Limited Warranty. Parts Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship throughout the Warranty period once it has been installed. For complete Warranty detail contact your local Cat Dealer.
Unless otherwise noted by a non-returnable part () icon, most parts can be returned to your authorized Cat® dealer under their return policy.
Parts Return Policy•Non-stock parts will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.•Stock parts will be charged a restocking fee of 15% after 90 days.•Parts will not be considered for return after 365 days.•All parts returned must have been purchased from Gregory Poole (an invoice or a packing list is required).•All returned parts must be in saleable condition with original packaging.•We are unable to accept Non-Returnable Non-Stock parts marked by an “*” in the N/R Column.•Parts that have been cut such as hoses, copper tubing, wire rope and chain will not be acceptable for return.•Any part may be rejected for return if the part does not meet Parts Manager’s approval. •Any shortage claim must be submitted within 10 business days from order date to qualify for consideration.•Remanufactured Cores must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for core credit consideration based on Caterpillar returnablilty guidelines.
