Generally, warranty for parts purchased on Parts.Cat.Com is 12 months from the invoice date as defined in the Caterpillar Limited Warranty. Unless otherwise noted by a non-returnable part () icon, most parts can be returned to your authorized Cat® dealer under their return policy.

Stocked Parts1. Returned within thirty (30) days with proof of purchase, will receive credit at sale price.2. Returned after thirty (30) days, or without proof of purchase, a 10% restocking charge will beassessed.3. Extended line item value must exceed $25.00B. Non-Stocked Parts1. Returned within ninety (90) days with or without proof of purchase, a 20% restocking charge will beassessed.2. Non-returnable, on-stocked parts will not be accepted for return.3. Extended line item value must exceed $60.00.C. Parts returned after 90 days will be evaluated on an individual basis.D. Remanufactured Product Cores1. Returned within ninety (90) days will not be assessed a delinquency charge.2. Returned after ninety (90) days but before one hundred fifty (150) days, a 15% delinquency chargewill be assessed.3. Returned after one hundred fifty (150) days are NOT eligible for return.Non-Caterpillar PartsA. Will be accepted for credit, only if our supplier will accept a return from us.B. Credit will be allowed equal to the credit NC receives from our supplier, less transportation charges.The following items will not be accepted for return• Any part which is replaced because of improved material or design, returned more than fifteen (15) daysafter purchase.• Any part found to be damaged, corroded, incomplete or cut to ordered length.Parts which are found to be unacceptable for return will be held for thirty (30) days to allow time for purchaser toadvise disposition. If within the thirty (30) day period a written notice advising disposition is not received, the partsunacceptable for return will be discarded and NC shall assume no further responsibility.
