A Clutch Disc Pressure Plate is used in conjunction with a clutch disc within the swing brake cylinder of a machine. When engaged, the pressure plate applies pressure to the clutch disc, creating friction and allowing the swing brake to limit the motion. The pressure plate consists of a metal plate with a friction surface on one side. It is to withstand the rotational forces and torque while maintaining a firm grip on the clutch disc.
