Cat hoses are designed to route liquids and gases through machine systems. These hoses are fabricated from superior materials to withstand application specific pressures, vibration tolerances and flow requirements for Cat heavy-duty equipment. Cat hydraulic hose and couplings are subjected to the most rigorous testing processes in the industry. Every Cat hose and coupling combination is tested as a system to ensure a perfect fit that yields maximum safety and dependability. This hose is intended for use in engine cooling systems where heavy-duty service is required. This hose may be supplied as straight-section hose or formed parts.

Cat® hose assembly products are designed and tested as a system to achieve a reliable connection, thus maximizing hydraulic system safety and dependability. Use of Caterpillar hose with other manufacturer’s couplings or the use of Caterpillar couplings with other manufacturer’s hose may result in the production of unreliable, unsafe or under-performing hose assemblies.
