Returning Caterpillar Parts at Zeppelin Construction Equipment Norway AS. You have the rights to return items to Pon Equipment within 30 days. You can initiate a return by using our return form.
  • Parts that are returned must be new, in stock and in fully salable condition. The parts must be marked with the part number and the packing slip must be attached.
  • Parts that have not been returned within 90 days, and are not in stock at Pon, are not considered a return, but a buyback and must be agreed in each individual case.
  • In the case of an agreement on buyback or in the case of incorrect shipments, this must be stated in the accompanying letter.
  • Small parts with a value below NOK 300 are not credited.
  • Parts of packing sets and parts of assembled units are not credited.
  • Return shipping is borne by the sender and crediting takes place on the basis of Pon's calculation.
  • Returned parts that are not approved by us will be thrown away unless otherwise agreed.
  • From issue date. If parts are returned within 30 days from the time of delivery, a 20% return tax is deducted, and if parts are returned between 30 and 90 days after the time of delivery, a 30% return tax is deducted. Any discounts will be deducted before return costs are calculated.
  • Returns without a cover letter are considered older than 90 days. The value is then determined by Pon in each case, and the amount is credited to the customer's account.
  • The original packaging of each individual returned part must not be damaged.

After we have received, checked an processed your parts, we will refund your money via the payment method used for the purchase. If you purchased on account, the amount will be credited back to your account. Please allow 7 working days for the processing of the refund.
