• Track groups are formed when the track shoes and hardware bolt the shoes to the link assembly.

Attributes:

• Sleeve Bearing Track design eliminates galling between pin and bushing, significantly increasing track life and increasing track re-seal point from 4,000 to 6,000 hours. The post-turn track seal improves sealability after bushing turn.
• Extreme service track shoes should be used wherever the moderate service track shoe bends or breaks, or where links outlast track shoes. Extreme service track shoes are both stronger to resist bending and breaking and have more allowable wear material than the moderate service track shoe. Extreme service track shoes are rolled from tough alloy steel.
• Clipped track shoes have the grouser corners cut off to reduce turning resistance and bending force without loss of flotation and with little loss of overall wear life.
• Positive Pin Retention (PPR) track has a metal retaining ring pressed into the groove between the pin and the link. This prevents end-play generation and helps ensure oil retention in high impact applications.
