A Bucket Cylinder Piston is used to control the movement of the bucket. The piston has a series of grooves on its surface. The grooves are used to contain the fluid that is used to power the piston. The piston is attached to a connecting rod, which in turn is attached to a bucket linkage. When the fluid is pressurized, it enters the cylinder and pushes the piston down.
