An Evaporator Cooler in the Engine is used to remove heat from the engine coolant. It consists of a series of tubes or passages through which the coolant flows. These tubes are surrounded by fins that increase the surface area for heat transfer. As the hot coolant flows through the evaporator, it releases heat to the surrounding air.
