A Hose for Engine airlines is a component designed to facilitate the transfer of air between the engine air pump and another related component in an engine system. The engine air pump, also known as an air injection pump or secondary air pump, is responsible for injecting fresh air into the exhaust system to aid in the combustion of unburned fuel and reduce emissions. It is important to select a high-quality hose that meets the specific requirements of the engine and ensures reliable and effective operation of the engine air pump.
Attributes:
• Enabling it to withstand high pressure and prevent bursting.
• Prevent the buildup of static electricity.
• Withstand 300 kPa Pressure.
• Minimum Burst at 125°C at 900 kPa.
• Hose Radial Expansion should not exceed 5% at 125°C at 330 kPa.
Applications:
A Hose is used to connect the engine air pump to the air intake manifold, allowing for the efficient delivery of fresh air to the engine for combustion.
