A Link Pin connects the crawler link segment in a repeated way. It provides a secure and reliable connection between links that need to pivot or move relative to each other. It allows for rotational or sliding movement between the connected links. It is subjected to high loads and wear as they endure the forces and stresses associated with the movement over various terrains.
