A Piston Ring is designed to seal the gap between the piston and the cylinder wall. The top piston ring is the uppermost ring on the piston and is responsible for sealing the combustion chamber. and often made from high-strength materials and is designed to endure pressure and temperature changes, and controls the oil flow around the piston.
Attributes:
• IP-300 coating of 0.03mm thickness is applied on the surface of the piston ring to improve wear resistance and durability.
• Vickers hardness scale value of 320-420 Hv is provided, indicating its resistance to deformation
