Description:
A Track Idler Block typically consists of a body with a central bore for mounting onto a shaft. It is mounted on an idler shaft which is supported by bearings and positioned between the track frame and the track shoe. As the track rotates, the idler block rotates with it, and the grooves engage with the track links to maintain proper tension and alignment. It is typically made of durable materials such as Ductile iron.
Attributes:
• Provided with 2 mounting holes to fit a fastener of size M24.
• High tensile strength, and impact resistance.
Applications:
A Track Idler Block is used to assist in mounting the idler to the roller frame on the undercarriage, mostly used in CAT 345 OEM Applications, 572R and PL72 Pipelayer, D7, D7H, D7R, D7RX and D7T Track Type Tractor, TR35 Powertrain (Powermodules, Trans, Tc).
