Descriptions:
The Locking Plate is a type of mechanical fastener used to secure two or more components together. The Locking Plate is fixed by placing it over the end of the bolt or screw and then tightening the bolt or screw to the desired torque.
Attributes:
• Provide better fixation and stability for fractures that require additional support.
• Maintain stability and reduce the risk of implant failure.
• Better wear Resistance by having Rockwell Hardness.
Applications:
The Locking Plate is used to fit over the end of a bolt or screw and engage with a groove or notch on the surface of the component being fastened and used in different systems like Governor and Brake Pedal, Governor Control, and Foot Brake Control, widely used in Cat 345 and 527 517, 527, 527B, D4H and D5H Skidder, 561H, 561M, 566, 572R, 583K, 594 and 594H Pipelayer, 924G Wheel Loader, D10, D10N, D11N, D4D, D4E, D4H, D5H, D5M, D6, D6E, D6G, D6F, D6G, D6H, D6M, D6R, D7F, D7G, D7H, D7R, D8, D8K, D8L, D8N, D8R, D9, D9G, D9H, D9L, D9N and D9R Track Type Tractor, TR35 Powertrain.
