A Straight Adapter is a mechanical fitting that is utilized to connect two different types or sizes of conduits. It is designed to be threaded onto one conduit and then connected to another conduit with a compatible thread. It is engineered to create a secure and leak-proof connection between the two conduits, allowing for the transfer of fluids or gases.
