Return Policy Information
Unless indicated otherwise with an icon showing that the item cannot be returned, most items can be returned to an authorized Cat® dealer under their return policy.

How to request a return of parts?
The customer must identify and list all parts to be returned in an Excel file, which must include the following mandatory fields:
- Reference
- Description
- Quantity
- Order number
- Value at the time of purchase
This file must be emailed to return@neemba.com within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Returns are only possible on business days.
When does the return process start?
The process starts upon receipt of the return form from the Seller's parts service.
How many days until I get a response?
There are two scenarios:
- If the part is in stock and/or returnable at Caterpillar: response within 48 hours
- If the part is not in stock and non-returnable at Caterpillar: response within 45 calendar days after receipt of the request + transit time to Caterpillar
How many days until I get a refund if my return request is approved?
The refund for the sale price of the parts by the Seller will be made within 30 calendar days from the positive response, in the form of a credit note.
Who bears the shipping costs for returned parts?
There are two scenarios:
- If the return is due to a logistical error by the Seller (incorrect reference, damaged part, etc.), the shipping costs are borne by the Seller.
- In all other cases: the shipping costs are borne by the Customer. In all cases, the shipping costs are paid by the Customer and refunded by credit note if applicable (when the return of the parts is due to a logistical error by the Seller).
Note: For all parts subject to a duty and tax exemption regime, the Customer must pay the customs duties before returning the items.
In what condition must the parts be returned?
The parts must be returned in new condition in their original, unopened packaging. They will be inspected and validated by the Seller upon receipt.
Which parts are excluded from returns?
The following parts are excluded from the return program:
- Parts in incomplete packaging (gasket packs, filters, etc.)
- Parts sold in "bulk" (by the centimeter, by inches, etc., such as hoses or liners) if the quantity is less than the full sales unit
- Parts replaced or discontinued by the Seller
- Complete engines, long and short blocks (non-stocked and/or non-returnable parts only)
- Hazardous parts or those subject to special regulations (batteries, chemicals, etc.)
- Parts made to order (MAO, SAO)
- Electrical parts (batteries, alternators, starters, wiring harnesses, etc., from major class 8)
- Parts with a value of less than 100 USD
Warranty Information
In general, parts purchased on Parts.Cat.Com are covered by a 12-month warranty from the invoice date, as defined in the Caterpillar Limited Warranty. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects throughout the warranty period once the parts are installed. For complete warranty details, contact your local Cat dealer.
