Mantrac – Unatrac Group ফেরতের নীতি

  1. Parts returns requests should be made in person at a Mantrac branch
  2. Parts returns need to be accepted within 30 days from purchasing date, proof of purchase is required (customer invoice) at the time of returning the items, Mantrac will not be liable to accept any returns of any products unless purchased from the Company
  3. Parts should be unused and must be returned in a re-saleable condition in the manufacturer's original packaging
  4. Parts that are marked as non-returnable from the supplier will not be accepted as a return
  5. The Company will decide if a Part will be accepted for return to the Company and the Company's decision will be final
  6. Any Part that is accepted by the Company for return will be subject to 20% re-stocking charge of its price on the generated invoice
  7. Any order charges (e.g. Delivery\air freight charges) applied on the final invoice will not be refunded
  8. Any refund given by the Company for a Part that has been returned will be given in the form of a Credit note to be used to offset any existing outstanding invoices owed to the Company by the Customer Or to be used against future purchases from the Company by the Customer
  9. The refund process will be completed within 2 working days
