Idlers guide the track in and out of the track rollers. They intermittently support the machine's weight and provide a way to control track slack and tension.

Attributes:

SystemOne™ Track is designed to operate at higher speeds and greater loads and components wear at a balanced rate. The result is maximum performance at the lowest possible operating cost.
Center tread idlers run on the bushing rather than track link rails. They are used exclusively on SystemOne™ and Rotating Bushing Track where the bushing rotates.
Landfill idlers contain special protection around the shaft to restrict materials from entering the sealing system.
