The Right Hand Screed Heater is positioned on the right side of the screed plate, ensuring the proper temperature of the plate during paving operations. As asphalt is laid and compacted, the heater prevents material sticking, enhances compaction efficiency, and contributes to the overall quality of the finished road surface. It is integrated into the asphalt pavers unit and is designed to withstand the rigors of paving operations, providing consistent and controlled heating to optimize asphalt compaction.
Attributes: • Resistance of the heater to be between 47.7 ohms and 55.3 ohms at approximately 20 degrees Celsius. • Resistant to asphalt and paving material buildup. • Corrosion-resistant materials for longevity. • Uniform heat distribution across the screed plate.
