The Differential Outer Disc is used to increase traction and reduce wheel slip. This helps maximize power delivery to the wheel with more grip, improving overall traction and stability. Its primary function provides additional traction and improve torque distribution between the drive wheels, vitally in situations where one wheel has less traction than the other.
