Parts that are returnable and part of our Normal stock On Hand can be returned within 15 business days from the invoice date with a proof of purchase (original invoice copy) . All returned parts will be subject to a thorough physical inspection and must be in Unused & New conditions and in their original packing . IF the return is accepted by the branch , a Parts Credit Memo will immediately be processed and issued on the same day. Please note that inbound freight shipping Cost and delivery courier charges are not eligible for credit. It is very important to note that Non-returnable and Non-Stock parts cannot be returned once invoiced, so we recommend consulting with your dealer counter advisors before placing your order for these items marked as “NS” . To initiate a return, please submit a return request directly through Parts.cat.com orders section in Control Center or from order confirmation email click on track order link. Our team will contact you to assist with completing the return process. To complete the return process, Customers need to visit the branch where parts were originally purchased from including Parts delivery orders as we do not offer collection services for parts return.
