A Selective Catalytic Reduction Catalyst reduces Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) emissions in diesel engines by facilitating a chemical reaction between NOx and a reducing agent, urea-based Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), converting them into nitrogen and water.
