Unless indicated otherwise with an icon showing that the item cannot be returned, most items can be returned to an authorized Cat® dealer under their return policy.
The customer must identify and list all parts to be returned in an Excel file, which must include the following mandatory fields:
This file must be emailed to return@neemba.com within 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Returns are only possible on business days.
The process starts upon receipt of the return form from the Seller's parts service.

In general, parts purchased on Parts.Cat.Com are covered by a 12-month warranty from the invoice date, as defined in the Caterpillar Limited Warranty.
