The Injector Height Setting Gauge operates by providing a reference point for the correct height of fuel injectors relative to the engine cylinder head. It utilizes a calibrated measuring system that includes a vertical rod or fixture, which aligns with the injector mounting surface. When the gauge is placed over the injector bore, its measurement scale indicates the required height. The operator adjusts the injector accordingly, using the gauge to verify that the injector is seated at the specified depth.
