A Bulk Seal used radiator and hydraulic oil cooler is a type of heat exchanger that is used to cool hydraulic oil and other fluids. It is made up of a series of tubes and fins that are arranged in a parallel flow configuration. The fluid flows through the tubes, and the heat is transferred to the fins by conduction. The fins are then cooled by air that is blown across them.
