Description: Cat® Fluid Carrying Connector Protective Caps are held to the highest standards of quality and durability. These caps are manufactured from durable materials to precise tolerances to ensure a secure fit on mating components. Each Cat Fluid Carrying Connector Protective Cap is designed to reliably keep dust and debris from contaminating the protected part. The cap also protects against dents and dings that could compromise the performance of protected connector.
Attributes: • Color and symbol coded for specific fluid systems • Each designed for use with a specific connector such as a diagnostic fitting, oil sampling fitting, fluid carrying quick disconnector, etc. • The image provided is for reference only. Cap construction may differ slightly from the image depicted, but the part is designed to be interchangeable with the OEM part.
Applications: Protective caps are designed to protect compatible components from dust, debris, and damage that would inhibit maintenance functions and contaminate machine fluid systems. Consult your owner’s manual or contact your local Cat Dealer for more information.
