An Exhaust Heat Shield is used in the engine to protect the surrounding components from excessive heat. It has holes and contains a thermal insulation shield and springs that are to be mounted on the exhaust assembly to protect the components from the high temperature of the exhaust manifold, preventing them from overheating and potentially causing damage or failure.

Attributes:
• Provided with thermal insulation with a maximum conductivity of 0.094 W/m-K at 644 K, which resists the heat flow.
• High strength and highly resistant to wear and corrosion
• Provided Outer skin with silicon-coated fiberglass with a thickness of 0.356mm
• Provided inner skin with fiberglass fabric with a thickness of 1.01mm
