Description:
Hardened steel rod used to secure and locate the recoil spring to the track adjusting cylinder for the track idler (608-9091). Track adjust and mechanical recoil systems use a large recoil spring and greased filled adjustment cylinder which allows the idler to move forward and back to maintain proper track tension as it absorbs undercarriage shock loads.
