Description for part number 0R-1237

Cat Reman crankshafts such as part # 0R-1237 receive reciprocating motion from the pistons via connecting rods and convert it to rotary motion. Cat crankshafts are heat treated during initial production, using a patented hardening process for outstanding wear characteristics and high strength. Returning cores are thoroughly cleaned and inspected for signs of wear, especially in the socket, on the top or sides. We use our state-of-the-art salvage techniques, advanced manufacturing systems and quality control to return viable components to like new condition. Each unit includes all critical engineering updates, and is rigorously tested against original specifications, so you know you’re getting genuine Caterpillar reliability.
