Cat Reman electric starter motors such as part # 0R4316 are designed to handle the high current needed when cranking cold engines. Built to work hard and deliver reliable performance even in tough, dirty, bitter-cold conditions, every time. The brush-type design uses one-piece brushes for less maintenance, and constant-pressure springs for even brush wear. Cat Reman starters are engineered to be part of a balanced electrical system, working in unison with the rest of your Cat engine components. Remanufactured cores are completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and inspected for quality and durability. Each unit includes all critical engineering updates and is rigorously tested against original specifications, so you know you’re getting genuine Caterpillar reliability.
