Description: Cat components make certain that your equipment is operating at an optimal level. Cat temperature switch assemblies are actuated when the temperature range exceeds the limits in Cat engine components.
Attributes: • Designed to work in unison with the rest of your Cat components to ensure maximum potential of your equipment • Brass tube and body • Olive drab wire sleeving and/or potting, epoxy filled (black) • Part No., Date code, Temp 100°F stamped on 17.45 hex nut • 16 AWG black wires • 2 pin connector • Normally closed below deactuation temperature • 28.8 Volts • Accurate temperature sensing
Application: Used in engines of Cat vehicles. Cat components can operate in heavy-duty applications such as severe vibration, shock, extreme operating temperature ranges, thermal cycle, thermal shock, humidity, corrosion and excessive dust. Typically used for coolant temperature.
