Description: An Accumulator Charge Valve is used to increase or decrease the amount of gas used in an accumulator.
Attributes: Cat® Accumulator Charge Valves are used in servicing an accumulator to either relieve or build pressure of the gas charging medium, typically nitrogen gas.
WARNING: Consult your dealer for the proper procedures to relieve accumulator system pressure prior to servicing the accumulator. Failure to do so may result in injury or death.
Recommended Application: Cat accumulator charge valves may be used in a variety of accumulator applications including hydraulic systems, allowing the system to manage pressure spikes, an example of which might be a heavy load. They might also be used in brake and suspension systems.
Warning:This product can expose you to chemicals including Carbon black (airborne, unbound particles of respirable size), which is known to the State of California to cause cancer. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
