Description: A Wear Plate is located at the bottom of the assembly to hold the part securely. Wear plates are commonly used in digging buckets to protect the bucket's interior and exterior walls from the wear and tear that occurs during excavation activities. These plates are typically made of high-strength, abrasion-resistant steel that can withstand the intense forces and abrasive materials encountered during digging.
Attributes: • High strength and wear resistance. • Designed to withstand impact and shock loads. • Manufactured to precise specifications and are built for durability, reliability, and productivity.
Applications: A Wear Plate is used to protect strip wear of the Blade Bracket Cylinder from premature wear and damage, mostly used in Cat 120, 120M, 12K, 12M, 140, 140K, 140M, 14L, 150, 160, 160K and 160M Motor Graders.
