Description: A wiper seal is used in hydraulic cylinders to prevent external contaminants from entering the hydraulic system.
Attributes: The wiper seal cleans the hydraulic rod as it retracts and seals oil, eliminating weeping, or cosmetic leakage. This style of wiper seal is secured in place with a bearing mount, and contain a metal case for added strength.
Recommended Application: This type of wiper seal is installed in the head of a hydraulic cylinder. The metal cased or "canned" wiper seal is pressed into the head.
Warning:This product can expose you to chemicals including Lead and lead compounds, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
