The Left Hand Screed Heater is positioned on the left side of the screed plate, ensuring the proper temperature of the plate during paving operations. As asphalt is laid and compacted, the heater prevents material sticking, enhances compaction efficiency, and contributes to the overall quality of the finished road surface. It is integrated into the asphalt pavers unit and is designed to withstand the rigors of paving operations, providing consistent and controlled heating to optimize asphalt compaction.
Attributes: • Resistance of the heater to be between 24.1 ohms and 27.9 ohms at approximately 20 degrees Celsius. • Resistant to asphalt and paving material buildup. • Corrosion-resistant materials for longevity. • Uniform heat distribution across the screed plate.
Applications: The Left Hand Screed Heater is located on the left side of the screed plate in asphalt pavers, maintaining the appropriate temperature on the left-hand side of the screed plate, the heater prevents asphalt sticking and ensures a smooth and well-compacted surface.
