Description
A Double Flange Track Roller is designed to support and guide the track chain while the machine is in motion. It has a cylindrical shape, with a central bore or hole that allows it to fit onto the track roller shaft, and has flanges on both sides, extending outward from the main body of the roller. These flanges help keep the track chain aligned and prevent it from slipping off the roller during operation.
Attributes: • Helps distribute the weight of the machine evenly across the track chain • Withstand the heavy loads and harsh conditions during the operation
Applications: A Double Flange Track Roller is positioned along the length of the undercarriage in a sequence to form continuous track support with a shaft allowing them to rotate freely as the track chain moves.
