Description: A Hydraulic Screen Element, also known as a Hydraulic Filter Element or Hydraulic Strainer, is designed to trap and retain the contaminants, preventing them from circulating through the system. It typically consists of a porous media, such as wire mesh or synthetic fibers, arranged in a pleated or cylindrical configuration.
Attributes: • Highly effective at filtering out contaminants from hydraulic fluid. • Withstands high pressures and harsh operating conditions.
Applications: A Hydraulic Screen Element is used to remove contaminants and impurities from hydraulic fluid, ensuring smooth operation, this is mostly used in Cat 7495 Surface Extraction, 854, and 854K Wheel Type Tractors, 991K, 992, 992K, 993, 993K, 994F, 994H, 994K, and 995 Wheel Loader, HRD25 Underground Mining, MD6200, MD6250, MD6310, MD6380, and MD6640 Drills.
