Cat engine valves are manufactured to withstand high temperature and pressure in the engine cylinders. Cat engine valves are assembled in the cylinder head. Cat engine valves are designed to draw air in and out of the cylinders. The air drawn helps to ignite the fuel which helps to drive the pistons up and down.
Attributes: • Hard chromium plated stem • Outside diameter: 56 mm (2.2 in) • Emissions control
Application: Cat inlet valves are typically used in cylinder head assembly and overhaul kits in Cat engines. Consult your owner's manual or contact your local Cat Dealer for more information.
