A Hydraulic Check Valve, also known as a non-return or one-way valve, controls the flow of fluids within a system. Its purpose is to allow the flow of fluid in one direction while preventing backflow in the opposite direction. It consists of a ball that opens when fluid flows in the intended direction. Once the fluid tries to reverse its course, the valve promptly closes, preventing backflow, maintaining consistent pressure levels, and preventing contamination for optimal performance.
