Description: A Single Flange Track Roller is used in tracked machines. It is designed to support and guide the track chain enabling smooth movement of the machine over various terrains. It consists of a cylindrical roller with flanges on one side. The flange acts as a guide, preventing the track chain from slipping off the roller.
Attributes: • Prevents tracks from slipping off to allow tracks to move smoothly and efficiently. • Provides traction and improves the machine's ability to navigate challenging surfaces.
Applications: A Single Flange Track Roller is used to ensure the track chain is properly aligned with the roller, mostly used in Cat 215 Excavators, 307, and 312 OEM Applications, 931, 931B, 931C, 931X, 933, 933C, 935B, 935C, and 935X Track Loader, AP-1050B, AP-1055D, AP-650B, AP-655D, BG-225C, BG-2455D, BG-245C, BG655D, PR-450, and PR-450C Paving Equipment, D3, D3B, D3C, D3G, D3K, D3X, D4B, D4C, D4G, D4K, D4X, and D5K Track Type Tractor.
