A Prechamber Check Valve is a component used in an engine to regulate the flow of fuel and air mixture into the combustion chamber. It typically consists of a spring-loaded ball that sits in a seat at the entrance to the chamber. During the intake stroke, the ball is forced open by the incoming fuel and air mixture, allowing it to flow into the chamber, and in compression and power strokes, the ball is pushed back into the seat by the pressure in the chamber, preventing the fuel and air mixture from flowing back out.
Attributes: • Helps to reduce wear and tear on the engine by providing a more controlled combustion process. • Manufactured to precise specifications and built for durability, reliability, and productivity.
Applications: A Prechamber Check Valve is used to allow the high-pressure gases to flow in one direction only, from the chamber to the main combustion chamber.
