Description:
Slotted spring pin has a longitudinal slot down the entire length. Compressed as it is installed, the pin applies continuous pressure toward the sides of the hole wall. The pressure provides tension in a radial manner to prevent loosening created by vibration or shock. Fastener & hardware parts are designed for specific applications based on size, strength, clamp load, and past performance. This is information other manufacturers do not have. They are selected to last until rebuild or the life of the machine.
