Turbochargers enhance engine efficiency and power output by forcing more air, and proportionately more fuel, into the combustion chamber. Cat® Reman Turbochargers are designed, manufactured, and tested to withstand the extreme temperatures and pressures inside your engine. During remanufacture we test center housings for seal integrity, and dynamically balance all rotating assemblies using the same equipment as new turbos. Each unit is assembled using all new thrust and antifriction bearings to ensure long life and optimum performance. We include all critical engineering updates, testing against original Caterpillar specs (not reverse engineered) so you know you’re getting genuine Cat reliability that even the best will-fit brands can’t beat!
