The Compression Spring is helical-designed. When a load is applied to a Compression Spring, it compresses and stores energy. The amount of energy stored in the spring is proportional to the amount of compression. When the load is removed, the spring expands and releases the stored energy, returning to its original length.
Attributes:
Provide a smooth and consistent force throughout their compression and expansion cycles.
Helps to dampen the vibrations and shocks
Direction of the coils is Right Hand and Total coils is 12.5 and the Active coil is 10.5
Applications:
The Compression spring is used in Hydraulic systems to provide necessary pressure by controlling the valve, this is mostly used in Cat® 153, 163 Hydraulic Control, 277C Skid Steers, 3512 Engine (Piston), 572G Pipelayer, 639, 668, 669, SEM ZL50F, SEM ZL50G, SEM ZL60F, SEM638, SEM956, and SEMZL50GI Loader - Wheel, Sem, 816 Compactor, 914G, 920, 924G, 924H, 928G, 928H, 930, 930G, 930H, 930R, 930T, 938G, 938H, 950, 950F, 950G, 962G, 966, 966G, 972G, IT14G, IT28G, IT38G, IT38H, IT62G, IT62H and SEM636D Wheel Loader, 924G, 924H and 938G OEM Applications, 943, 953, 953B and 953C Track Loader, D3G, D4G, D5, D5B, D5E, D5G, D5N, D5R, D6C, D6D, D6E, D6E, D6G, D6K, D6N, D6R, D6T, D7R, D7RX, D8, D8R, D8T and D9T Track Type Tractor, SEM668C Loader-Wheel, TR13, TR28 and TR35 Powertrain.
