A Buffer Seal is designed to manage and control the flow of hydraulic fluid while protecting the cylinder's internal components. It helps to prevent the "stick-slip" phenomenon, due to uneven friction between components. By providing a controlled flow of hydraulic fluid, the buffer seal contributes to the smooth and stable motion of the piston rod, enhancing the overall performance and precision of heavy machinery.
Attributes: • Protects hydraulic cylinders from contamination and foreign particles. • Maintains the integrity and performance of the hydraulic fluid. • Withstands dynamic pressures, temperature changes, and mechanical stresses. • Prevents "stick-slip" for smooth and stable motion.
