A U-cup Rod Seal provides effective sealing and prevents fluid leakage along the reciprocating piston rods in cylinders. The design of the U-cup rod seal resembles the shape of a "U". This design allows the seal to flex and adapt to the shape of the piston rod while maintaining a tight and secure seal against the cylinder bore. As the rod moves back and forth within the cylinder, the U-cup seal ensures minimal fluid leakage, enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of the hydraulic piston.
