Description
Description
The Hydraulic Accumulator Charging Valve manages the charging flow to the hydraulic accumulator. It maintains hydraulic pressure at specific levels, ensuring the proper functioning of associated hydraulic components and systems. Additionally, it incorporates features such as priority valve margin pressure to enhance the overall efficiency and safety of the hydraulic unit.
Attributes: • Controls and regulates the charging of hydraulic accumulators. • Enables controlled flow of hydraulic fluid into the accumulator. • Provides resistance against corrosion to ensure long-term performance. • Incorporates a pressure setting at the pilot port (PI) at 3800±175 kPa with a 0.25 L/min flow for accurate hydraulic control. • Requires an operating cleanliness level of ISO 18/15 or better to ensure system integrity. • Operates at an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 43°C. • Maintains maximum pressure at the tank port (T) at 300 kPa and priority valve margin pressure at 410 kPa. • Designed for use with mineral-based hydraulic fluids (HYDO IOW).
Applications: The Hydraulic Accumulator Charging Valve is employed in the hydraulic unit where accurate control of pressure, flow, and temperature is necessary. It is a component in the unit that requires efficient braking and overall hydraulic unit reliability.
