An Engine Turning Tool is used to provide a secure grip on the flywheel, allowing the operator to rotate it in a controlled manner manually. It is made from strong and durable material such as steel and features splines on the external layer that mate with the threaded components in the flywheel for turning operation.
Attributes:
• Hardened with Rockwell Hardness C scale value in the range of 28 - 32, indicating its resistance against deformation
• Features threaded design that allows for better grip while engaging with the flywheel to rotate it manually
Applications:
An Engine Turning Tool allows the operator to position the grip mechanism around the flywheel components and apply force to the handle by turning it clockwise or counterclockwise, depending on the engine's design.
